Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and the app opens instantly in their browser. Nothing to install, no account to create.
Does it work with WhatsApp?
Yes. Guests can contact you via WhatsApp directly from the guest app. Your team manages everything from the Luvia dashboard, keeping all communication in one organised place — no chaos, no buried threads.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
None at all. If you can use a smartphone and type into a form, you can set up Luvia. Our onboarding takes about 30 minutes.
Does it connect to our PMS?
Phase 1 works standalone — no PMS needed. Guests register themselves via the app. PMS integrations with Mews, Cloudbeds, and others are coming in 2027.
How does the AI concierge work?
It's powered by Anthropic's Claude, trained on your hotel's specific information. It knows your WiFi, your check-in and checkout times, your local tips. Guests chat with it like a knowledgeable local friend.
What happens to guest data?
Guest data is stored securely in the EU, used only to deliver the service, and deleted automatically 90 days after checkout. Full GDPR compliance built in. We never sell data.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your account settings with 30 days notice. Your data is kept for 90 days after cancellation if you want to come back.
Does it work on all phones?
Yes. It works on any smartphone — iPhone, Android, older devices. The app is optimised for mobile and can be added to the home screen like a native app.
What if we have multiple properties?
Each property gets its own dashboard and guest app. Pricing is per property. We offer a discount for groups with 3 or more properties — contact us to discuss.
